Daily Average Cases Updated Wednesdays

The statewide daily average case count from the most recent 7-day reporting period is provided by the Hawai‘i Department of Health (DOH), Disease Outbreak Control Division. Detailed data is updated Wednesdays after 9 a.m. on the DOH data dashboard. COVID-19 hospitalizations represent the number of patients with COVID-19 in Hawai‘i hospitals as reported to DOH by the Healthcare Association of Hawai‘i. The number of COVID-19 related deaths represents deaths reported to DOH during the specified week.

Staying Safe from COVID-19

Follow these actions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. 

Get your vaccine.

All residents 6 months old and older are eligible for COVID-19 vaccines.

Stay home when sick.

Regardless of vaccination status, you should isolate from others when you have COVID-19 or if you are sick but do not yet have test results. 

Wear a mask.

Wearing a mask lowers the risk of transmission.

Get tested if you have COVID-19 symptoms.

Even if you think that it’s just a cold or allergies, get tested.
