On 4/27/2020, the Hawai‘i Department of Health reported 1 new positive case on Maui for a cumulative total of 607 cases statewide (reported since 2/28/2020).

There were 2 deaths reported on O'ahu.

A total of 28,260 individuals have been tested in the state.
